The wild yellow iris are one of my favorite early summer flowers. In the surroundings were I live are a lot of lakes and ponds. Every year around the end of may, thousands of wild yellow iris begin to bloom on the waterfronts. Together with the millions of yellow buttercups in the fields, the message is clear: Celebrate summer!
